## How to Return

**It's simple:**

1. **Email us** at neatnook.office@gmail.com
2. **Include** your order number and reason (optional—we won't judge!)
3. **We'll send** you return instructions
4. **Ship items back** within 30 days of delivery
5. **Receive refund** within 5-7 business days

## Refund Details

**What's Included:**
✅ Full refund of product cost  
✅ Original shipping cost (if item is defective or wrong)

**Return Shipping:**
❌ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs  
✅ UNLESS item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item

**Processing Time:**
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Refund goes back to your original payment method.

## Return Conditions

**Items must be:**
- Unused and in original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In resellable condition

## Damaged or Defective Items

**If your order arrives damaged or defective:**

2. **We'll send a replacement** immediately (FREE)
3. **No need to return** the damaged item

## Wrong Item Received

**Received the wrong product?**

Email us immediately and we'll:
- Send the correct item (free shipping)
- Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
- Expedite your correct order

## Non-Returnable Items

**These items cannot be returned:**
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items damaged due to misuse or accident

## Exchanges

**Want to exchange for a different size or color?**

We don't offer direct exchanges, but here's what you can do:
1. Return your original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the item you want
3. We'll prioritize your new order!

## Lost or Stolen Packages

**Package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it?**

1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the shipping address on your order
3. Contact us within 48 hours: neatnook.office@gmail.com

We'll work with the carrier to investigate. In most cases, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
